Here is a list of our restoration accomplishments to date: replaced the roof, the HVAC system, the hot water heater, installed new septic system, replaced water damaged Philippine Mahogany paneling, refurbished the front door, tested the replacement masonry blocks, and performed and passed a Stage 3 diagnostic of the chimney.
With the national construction boom of the last two years, we have accomplished much less than we had hoped for, but this spring will be full of restoration activity including replacement of the 57 damaged ornamental blocks around the home’s periphery as well as the complete rehabilitation of all 8 of the home’s exterior doors. We will be posting photographs of every step.
